Wow! The views are unbelievable and the pictures on the website do not do it justice. The house is luxurious but not fussy and we were comfortable with our 2-year-old grandchild and 5 adults. Outside is unbelievable with the best sunset view anywhere. Patio furniture was comfortable, barbecue was great and the "spool" (which is basically a very large spa you can use as a spa or a plunge pool) made it perfect for both a toddler and the grown-ups. Living room and dining room furniture was comfortable and beautiful, there was a large TV we never turned on and every place you sat had those views! Kitchen has every appliance known to man and everything worked well. Janna had nice beach chairs, umbrellas, tons of beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, you name it. They had a pack and play but we rented a high chair and some other baby stuff from a local company Janna recommended. The proximity to the beach is unique in this house. In addition, you are a 5-minute walk to the Fairmont hotel next door and a few minutes further up the Wailea Beach path to the other resorts if you want to go out out to one of the fancy restaurants at the hotels or play golf at the courses, one of which is literally across the street. The bedrooms are all upstairs and with the high ceilings on the first the staircase is long, but then the second floor views are even more amazing. THE PERFECT PLACE TO STAY We just spent 10 wonderful days at this home and enjoyed every minute of it. Very private but good availability to the beach and near to lots of attractions and shopping in Kihei/Wailea area. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for large groups and has high-end appliances. Our son is a chef so he really enjoyed that. Janna is by far the best host/property manager we've ever had on the island. Johnny on the spot when you need her, but unobtrusive otherwise. Looking forward to next year.. Brian 5/15/2024

UNIQUE PROPERTY This property was so beautiful. We had the real Hawaiian experience. Beautiful view, amazing property and very helpful managing team. We spent 2 weeks at this property, one week included 2 kids, and everyone had a blast. They have the best water toys that we were fortunate to use. Everyone had the best seat to view the sunsets and watch the humpback whales. Best property we have ever rented. LINDA 2/2024

This home was spectacular. So much more than just a "Luxury Retreat in Paradise." The home itself is "paradise." It has so much space you can get lost. The pool and jacuzzi were a perfect treat after shopping all day. There was nothing missing from this home, it has everything you can imagine and more, including an ocean view from the master shower. WOW!! The only thing we could even think of needing was just more time to stay and enjoy this lovely place. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to have a fantastic time while in Maui. The owners are very caring and warm and do everything possible to make your visit extremely memorable. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation.

My name is Emma and I am 14 1/2 months old. My grandparents (Mama G. & Papa G.) treated me, my parents, my auntie, and my auntie's boyfriend to a trip to Maui. We stayed at the most beautiful beach house I have ever seen. Mama G. said Janna was a most hospitable and accomodating host, and Janna made sure we had whatever we needed for a perfect, relaxing vacation. My parents loved playing with me in the pool, where I spent most of each day when I wasn't napping. We took so many pictures of all of us having the best time. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly want, from beach towels to large screen TVs. I especially liked playing with the sand bucket and other beach toys. Everyone agreed that the house, location, hospitality and the many amenities made for the best, most relaxing, and fun family vacation. Mama G. and Papa G. plan to return to Ocean Bliss one day. I hope they take me with them.

We were met at the house at the start of our stay by Janna. She’s extremely informative and gave us a full walk through of the home/property. She was also very responsive and accommodating to special requests. The views are spectacular, and I don’t think it’s possible to rent a home closer to the beach than this one. Looking down the shoreline it felt like we had the best possible location to take in the waves. The home itself is lovely. Very private driveway, garage, amazing kitchen and stunning patio. The spool is the perfect size for cooling off in, or warming up in. Lots of great beach equipment was available to borrow in the garage. We spent many evenings enjoying dinner on the back patio, whale watching, BBQ’ing and enjoying the secluded nature of the back yard. Truly wonderful vacation – and more than we’d hoped for. We really struggled to find something “wrong” to say about the rental in order to provide a balanced review. So we came up with two things. The house could use a bigger toaster, it just had a two-slice, and we were a big group. End of the world, I know. The pathway access point behind the home to the sand beach (Polo Beach) could be a bit tricky to navigate with some loose rock. Not a problem for our group, but I think if you were senior citizens, or tiny kids, you’d possibly want to walk around the front of the house to get to the beach versus accessing through the back yard. Overall, this home is a gem. We are so glad we found it, and would definitely return!!! Thanks Janna!

We had a fabulous stay at this house. It was exactly as advertised, only better. Because when you open up the glass siding doors and take in the ocean breeze and the gorgeous maui sunsets you will feel like you're in heaven. It's an easy 20 feet walk to a beautiful beach and you're right off a 1.5 mile walking/running trail that takes you right by the Fairmont, Grand Wailea & Four Seasons (you're in pretty good company when you stay here). We will be back for sure -- Janna, thank you so much for taking such great care of us. We're home and missing the house already! (7/20/2014)

The pictures of the property online were breathtaking. We thought we knew what we would find when we arrived on site but as we got there the view we beheld were beyond words. It was more than we could have ever expected! This property by far had to be one of the most relaxing, peaceful, beautiful vacation sites we have ever stayed in. The property owner was wonderful! She was great to work with, knowledgeable of the area, and all around amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to any person looking to vacation in Maui with their family! Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this perfect Maui beach house! We loved the leis, the flowers and all you did to make our Maui vacation the best ever! We had our privacy AND beach access - while our our toddler rested in the shade inside the open sliders, the rest of us were close by in the pool or lounger with a palm trees swaying in the afternoon breeze. We truly loved our stay in this home. We especially enjoyed grilling on the Viking outdoor grill, watching sunset and listening to the ocean at night. Wonderful Vacation - Anonymous

We could not have had a better vacation and cannot imagine anywhere as ideal as this home. Our family walked down the beach to dinner after playing all day in the water. We felt so rested and relaxed and truly enjoyed one another. We loved the games we discovered at the house and skipped the electronics our kids had grown attached to. The whales gave us quite a show this week. Played golf at Wailea and the Dunes. Ate great dinners at The Five Palms and Matteo's. Went on a sunset cruise and saw more whales - one came under our boat. We also relaxed and enjoyed the spa and the view. One of our best vacations! -Anonymous

We completely enjoyed our stay a few weeks ago, and everything was awesome. My daughter enjoyed the pool almost every day and my mom and dad relaxed on the recliners. Our daily routine was a dream! Morning coffee at 6:30, watching the people start to head out to snorkel, whale watch, paddle board, or go fishing. Lunch at the inside table, watching whales jump and splash, we even saw a pod of dolphins out front one day. Some days we did a walk along the rocks and beach and we saw several turtles, crabs and amazing fish along the shore line. At sunset, we would be sitting on the deck, watching the sun go down and watching the stars come out. We enjoyed watching the planets and stars, we even found some stars with our binoculars we have never seen before. We can't wait to return next year!!! Thank you Janna for everything you did to make our special trip to Maui absolutely perfect!
